B. Daniel Lynch is a member of the California State Bar, the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association,
and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. He has been certified as completing the course of divorce and family
mediation training through the Coast to Coast Mediation Center at Encinitas, California and has completed basic mediation
training with the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Disputed Resolution Services, Inc.
He is an associate member
of the San Gabriel Valley Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and is a professional member
of the Southern California Mediation Association. He is qualified to provide mediation services as required by the California
Dispute Resolution Programs Act [DRPA] of 1998.
He is a graduate of Stanford Law School, Palo Alto, California, was
an Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California in Los Angeles, and has more than 25 years of civil
litigation experience, during which he served as a court appointed arbitrator and mediator and as a judge pro tem. He has
written various articles on mediation and lectured on facilitative mediation, using role-playing to teach mediation practices,
including at the annual conference of the Southern California Mediation Association.
